Award Spotlight: Springville City Westfield Center New Neighborhood Plan
The Westfields Central New Neighborhood plan is a collaborative effort between Springville City and Landmark Development to develop a plan and corresponding code to facilitate the development of a traditional neighborhood on 20 undeveloped acres in Springville. The Plan is specifically meant to assist in achieving the goals of the Westfields Community Plan, including the establishment of a multi-modal transportation network within a quality development that will create an identifiable village comprised of neighborhoods that create a strong sense of community, and preserve open space and natural resources.
