As a full-service civil engineering and professional services firm, we provide all the disciplines necessary to study, plan, and design infrastructure projects, from utilities to roads to structures.
Horrocks has built a reputation of consistently providing high-quality transportation planning and design. We have developed a broad range of assets in simulation and visioning, traffic demand modeling, traffic impact studies, cost determinations, traffic design, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), corridor planning, corridor operations, alternatives analysis, innovative intersections and interchanges, and multimodal planning (bicycle, pedestrian, and transit).
Our team has successfully delivered numerous planning projects including transportation corridors, state highways, and local roads in many western states.
