Fred R. Turnier, AICP, CCP, is a seasoned community development and planning consultant with over two decades of experience in local government agencies. His expertise spans project management, performance improvement, fee analysis, and policy development. Fred is nationally recognized for his contributions to community development and utilities system implementation. He holds a bachelor of arts in economics and geography from the University of Nevada, Reno, and a master’s degree in public administration from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Notable engagements include serving as an adjunct professor at UNLV and participating in events such as the MIT Center for Advanced Urbanism and the IBM Smarter Cities Initiative. Fred’s certifications include the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) and Prosci Certified Change Practitioner (CCP).
