Harry Barber is the Paria River District Manager for the Bureau of Land Management. Harry has worked for the federal government for over 30 years. He began his career as a wildlife biologist, having earned both a Bachelor of Science in Range and Wildlife and a Master of Science in Wildlife from Brigham Young University.

Speakers will use their experience working on the multiple initiatives underway in East Zion and the region beyond to illustrate the power of partnerships and collaboration to ensure a better future for their communities.
