      Hello Utah Planners,

      The Utah Division of Wildlife Resources is pleased to share with you all a new resource to help you think about the relationship between planning, land use, and wildlife.  The WHAT (wildlife habitat analysis tool) website is a robust GIS-based database of wildlife habitat information.
