Mike is the Assistant Director of Community Development in Duchesne County. His experience is in the public and private sector, serving areas along the urban-rural fringe in Utah and Virginia. Mike’s planning specialties include land use planning, master plan development, transportation and transit planning, and stakeholder collaboration. He holds a Master of Science in Bioregional Planning and a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from Utah State University. He is a native of Alpine, UT.
