Rick Webster is a project specialist with the Utah Division of Water Resources. He has worked with the division for 22 years. Before that, he taught 7th-grade science at Grantsville Middle School. He has a BS in Zoology with a minor in Chemistry. He came to the division to re-create their education program. He enjoys camping, hunting, and being in the outdoors. He lives in Clearfield with his wife and dog.
