Auggie Wasmund
Auggie Wasmund founded Revival Development with a background in acquisition, design, development, and social impact investing. Sitting in both the GP and LP seats across ~800 units of multifamily development and ~116,000 SF of commercial space totaling ~$400 million in development shapes his data-driven approach to creating impactful housing. In the public sector, Mr. Wasmund has worked closely with the Economic Development Corporation of Utah as well as the Governor’s Office of Economic Development to create and pass into legislation, an economic incentive package to revitalize Rural Utah through real estate development. Mr. Wasmund holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Colorado, Boulder, and a Master of Science in Finance from the University of Utah. He currently serves as the Treasurer of ULI Utah.
