Paul Larsen is the Community and Economic Development Director for Brigham City, Utah. Mr. Larsen earned a B.S. in Fisheries and Wildlife in 1986 and a Master of Landscape Architecture in 1993, both at Utah State University. Mr. Larsen is a graduate of the Economic Development Institute and the Main Street America Institute. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners, Main Street America Revitalization Professional, and a Full Member of the Urban Land Institute. He was born and raised in Montpelier, Idaho, and lives in Brigham City with his wife Shirlene and their Yorkie named Mercy.
