Dan Tracer is a Professional Engineer who graduated from the University of Utah in 2013 with a Master’s Degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering. He has been an Assistant City Engineer for Bluffdale City for six years, specializing in Stormwater and Water Systems. He is the Development Review Engineer for the city and has guided over 125 developments through the city’s development process while incorporating low impact development practices into their stormwater design. He has served as chair for a sub-committee of the Utah Storm Water Advisory Committee and served on the Utah City Engineers Association Stormwater Committee.
