Quinn Bennion
Vernal City Manager
Quinn Bennion was hired as the Vernal City Manager, his hometown, in 2017. Quinn graduated from Utah State University in civil engineering and then completed an MPA at the University of Kansas. Educational and career opportunities led him to the Kansas City metro area, where he worked in city management for 20 years. He currently serves as a board member with the Utah City Manager Association. He contributes to efforts to improve the Vernal community and rural Utah.
