Legislative Wrap-Up Workshop

This workshop will provide an opportunity for Utah planners to meet and discuss recent changes to state statute. We will spend some time discussing the new detached ADU requirements for Utah’s cities and towns, the training requirements for Planning Commissioners, and any other topics you wish to discuss! Rather than having a formal presentation on these matters, we want to use the time to ask each other questions and share insights and best practices from across the state. So bring your good ideas!
