In Nibley, we are currently working on an update to our parking code, using the new parking generation manual as a basis for our minimums. In Nibley, this seemed to be the most appropriate method (if we want to stick with parking minimums). We understand the limits of some of the data and are careful about using data points that have limited sample size or a very low r square but we have very little commercial development to base any local data on. So this seemed like the best solution.
