  Good Afternoon-
  
  Cedar City is considering entering into a Master Landscape Maintenance Agreement with UDOT to allow private developers to install landscape within the UDOT ROW. For other cities with a similar agreement, do you have any examples of ordinances, permit language etc. that is utilized when approving the installation of private landscaping within the UDOT ROW that you can share?
