September 9–10, 2026 | Davis Conference Center, Layton
The American Planning Association Utah Chapter is now accepting session proposals for the 2026 Fall Conference through June 6th, 2026.
Theme
Growth by Design: Aligning Land Use, Water, and Economic Development to Advance Long-Term Prosperity
This year’s theme explores how communities can thoughtfully manage growth while balancing development pressures, water constraints, infrastructure, and long-term vision.
We are seeking engaging, practical sessions that provide real-world insights and clear takeaways attendees can apply in their communities. Sessions should be relevant to planners working in urban and high-growth areas, while offering value across jurisdictions and community types.
