I have over 30 years of experience in community and economic development particularly in large-scale mixed-use development that integrate office, retail, hospitality, recreation, entertainment and transit. Most recently I retired from Sandy City, Utah as the Economic Development Director and Director of the Redevelopment Agency after 29 years. With the Utah Transit Authority, I worked on large scale transit oriented mixed-use development projects (TOD). I now direct development operations for The Point site.
