Travis Shepard
Travis is dedicated to giving back to his community, profession, and colleagues. As a studio leader at GSBS, he collaborates with his team to help them reach their full potential, elevating the field of architecture. Beyond his work, he serves on AIA Utah committees and the Board of Directors, demonstrating his commitment to the profession. Travis also volunteers at his church and coaches his local high school mountain biking team—partly as an excuse to spend more time outdoors. His favorite activities include backcountry adventures like biking, canoeing, hiking, and climbing, often shared with his wife and three kids. A principal at GSBS since 2000, Travis specializes in shaping spaces that inspire and serve the people within them. A proponent of timeless design, he is passionate about preserving and rehabilitating iconic spaces.
