Fred Resch III is the city planner and code enforcement for Hurricane City. Fred has a master’s in public administration from Boise State University and has previously worked in city planning for Meridian and Eagle, Idaho. Since joining with Hurricane in 2021, he has helped oversee and advise the City on a variety of land use and growth policies as well as implement a robust system of short-term rental enforcement that has brought revenue and unprecedented levels of compliance for the city.
