With over two decades of extensive experience across private, local, federal, and state government sectors, Trever has served as a seasoned Emergency and Disaster Management Leader proficient in Program Management, Resource Coordination, and Team Leadership. His expertise lies in developing impactful emergency management programs, fostering strategic alliances, and optimizing processes for exceptional outcomes. He hold a Master of Science in Leadership with an emphasis in homeland security from Grand Canyon University (2020) and a Bachelor of Science in Administrative Emergency Management from Utah Valley University (2018). Trever’s designations include serving as the State of Utah Long Term Community Recovery Program Manager, a Member of the International Association of Emergency Managers, and involvement in FEMA Individual Assistance disaster recovery efforts.
