APA Utah Fall Conference Speaker

Robert May

Robert May is the Long-Range Planning Manager for the City of Millcreek, where he has spent the last seven years shaping policy, wrangling zoning codes, and occasionally convincing people that planning meetings are, in fact, exciting. A graduate of the University of Utah with a degree in urban planning, Robert has worked on everything from city center development to affordable housing, station area plans, and a sidewalk and trail master plan. Though he has lived in many places, he proudly considers Idaho home. Despite overwhelming (and incorrect) claims from his colleagues that he simply looks busy or naps at his desk, Robert remains deeply passionate about his work. In his completely unbiased opinion, he may just be the hardest-working planner to ever walk the planet. However, nobody has yet to confirm this.
