Amy Hawkins is an Adjunct Assistant Professor in the Department of Oncological Sciences at the University of Utah School of Medicine, where she has taught since 2019. She has served as Chair of the Ballpark Community Council since 2018, leading civic engagement efforts in Salt Lake City through organizing monthly public meetings, policy advocacy, grant writing, and representing the neighborhood in state and local forums.
