Todd Godfrey

Todd began working with the League in 2020 as a land use consultant. He is now working with ULCT as a legal analyst. Todd is a graduate of Logan High School, Utah State University and the University of Washington School of Law in Seattle. He has practiced with the Salt Lake Area law firm of Hayes Godfrey Bell and its predecessor Mazuran & Hayes since 1996. Prior to that, he practiced with Riach Gese Seather & Watts and the King County District Attorney’s Office in the Seattle area, and with the Salt Lake City Attorney’s Office. Todd’s practice is centered on the representation of public agencies. Todd is a Utah State University football and basketball fan and a lifelong Dodger’s fan. He is an avid, though not particularly skilled, golfer and loves movies. Todd and his wife Shauna are the parents of three daughters and a son, two old dogs and one young COVID puppy. Todd and Shauna love road trips, especially in the scenic parts of Utah; the kids, not so much.
