Emma Clinton is an Associate Planner with Envision Utah. Prior to her time with Envision Utah, Emma served as an Associate Project Environmental Planner for SWCA Environmental Consultants in Salt Lake City. While at SWCA, Emma assisted with numerous land use planning efforts, including several large-scale Resource Management Plans in southern Utah. Emma’s background in regional resource management and stakeholder engagement guides her current work at Envision Utah.
