Tim Baird, AICP, is an Associate with the Utah office of Fehr & Peers with over a decade of experience supporting public entities across Utah and the western US in developing local and regional transportation plans, travel demand forecasts, corridor studies, safety action plans, and active transportation plans. He has served as an advisor to numerous communities and agencies on topics including regional transportation planning, project prioritization, scenario evaluation tools, and travel demand modeling. He is currently serving as a consultant project manager for the Statewide MPOs Regional Roadway Grid Study.
