Terrah Anderson currently serves as a budget and policy analyst with the planning team in the Governor’s Office of Planning and Budget. She holds a bachelor’s degree in international studies and a Master of Public Administration degree, both from Brigham Young University. She also serves as an alternate on the Herriman City Planning Commission.
