Anyone who works in the public sector—very much including planners—will have to navigate situations in which people don’t see eye to eye and have different needs. In other words, they will have to navigate conflict. This interactive workshop will provide planners with a basic framework and skills for productively navigating conflict in their personal and professional lives.
