  Does anyone know where to find versions of the UCA prior to 2014?
  
  I’m looking to see what the noticing requirements were in 2008.
  
  Did noticing requirements in Section 63G-30-102 changed much since LUDMA was first enacted and 2014?

  The University of Utah law library is very likely able to help as well. I did a quick electronic search through that portal though and didn’t have immediate luck.
