This year’s event will focus on housing, arguably one of the most pressing issues facing our state. Ali Wolf, our keynote speaker, is the Chief Economist for Zonda, the largest homebuilding prop tech company in North America. As head of the Economics Department, Ali manages and analyzes the content for Zonda, runs special research projects, strategizes with the nation’s largest homebuilders, and presents nationwide covering topics across the housing market and wider economy. At this year’s event, we’re going to discuss Utah’s housing challenges and explore what the future of housing could look like—with some potential solutions.
