Keynote: Stop Provoking Resistance: How an Outward Mindset Creates Collaboration Instead of Conflict
Planning professionals are often asked to balance competing priorities while preserving trust and productive relationships. In this keynote, former CIA operations officer Elijah Bush introduces inward and outward mindsets and explores how conflict can become self-reinforcing when people or groups unintentionally provoke the resistance they are trying to overcome. Participants will leave with practical insight for breaking these cycles and strengthening collaboration, accountability, and trust.
