I’ve not dealt with one of those but a couple of thoughts occur to me:

address access (in and out), unloading of cattle, outside confinement area/fencing, noise (keep this a long ways away from residential), waste/sanitation including liquid (get a sign off from the sewer district or if in a septic tank area – check with the Health Department and get a sign off), all rendering and killing within an enclosed building, parking for employees, signs, a landscape buffer next to the road, maybe energy demand, maybe hours of operation.

I’d for sure consider this only in an industrial of maybe an ag zone and as a conditional use – lots of mitigation needed.
