Dustin Holt is a Co-Founder and Partner of Alpha Development Group, where he focuses on the acquisition, due diligence, and design of development projects. Over the past 15 years, Mr. Holt’s resume includes the acquisition, entitlement, and/or development of more than 6,000+ MF units and 2M+ SF of office, retail, and hospitality. Before founding Alpha, Mr. Holt was the Development Director for Boulder Ventures, where he entitled, developed, and leased TOD projects including Vista Station, Bangerter Crossing, 2100 Sugarhouse, and Sugarmont Center. Several of the TOD projects included Community Development Areas (CDA) or Special Service Areas (SSA) components, where Mr. Holt was an integral part in creating $200M+ in property tax incentives. He was also a leasing director for Jordan Landing under the Foursquare Property umbrella. Before joining Boulder Ventures, Mr. Holt was a partner at Salt Lake Realty Advisers, where he worked for many prominent developer clients in procuring and entitling property for single-family, multi-family, and commercial uses. Mr. Holt attended Utah Valley State College and the University of Utah in Architectural Drafting and Design.
