Andy Hulka is a Principal Planner with Salt Lake City’s Planning Division, bringing over a decade of public-sector planning experience in Utah communities. He holds a Master’s Degree in City and Metropolitan Planning from the University of Utah, is a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners, and serves on the Murray City Form-Based Code Architectural Review Committee. Andy is a year-round bike commuter.

2025 APA UT Fall Conference, October 9, 2025 11:00 amLet’s explore the Downtown and Capitol Hill neighborhoods on bikes! Join us for a tour of several newly reconstructed complete streets. This is a chance to experience the new transit priority lanes and buffered bike lanes on 200 South, improved crosswalks and bike lanes on West Temple, a brand-new two-way cycle track on 300 North, and the Folsom Trail. Bring your own bike or use a Greenbike for an easy 4-mile loop.
