Tim Watkins is a Community Planner with the Community and Economic Development team at the Wasatch Front Regional Council. With over 20 years of planning and urban design experience in Utah and Colorado, he provides Cities with technical planning support for integrated land use and transportation planning. Tim holds a Masters Degree in Landscape Architecture and Environmental Planning from Utah State University.
