Shawn is an urban planner with 20 years of experience in planning, conservation, and affordable housing. Before joining GSBS, he led several conservation organizations focused on protecting the Northern Rockies’ ecology through thoughtful land use planning. Born and raised in the Rockies, Shawn seeks solutions where communities and ecosystems thrive together. He enjoys skiing, mountain biking, and quiet evenings with old friends and old dogs. A frequent traveler, he prefers destinations off the beaten path. At GSBS, Shawn works at the intersection of urban planning, design, and ecology, advancing projects that harmonize people, places, and nature.
