Workshop on Basic Land Use Regulations
Cache County, ULUI, and APA Utah are teaming up to offer a Basic Land Use Regulations workshop as part of the APA Utah Spring Conference. This 3-hour training will provide valuable insights into foundational land use principles, zoning regulations, and best practices, all presented in an engaging, discussion-based format.

Location: Riverwoods Conference Center, 635 Riverwood Pkwy, Logan, UT
Cost: Free to attend
Credits: 3 hours of Continuing Education Credit for attorneys, real estate professionals, and planning commission members.
What to Expect:
- A conversational-style training featuring real-life examples from Utah court decisions.
- An overview of planning and zoning laws, procedures, and best practices tailored for planners, officials, and real estate professionals.

- Craig Call – Land Use Attorney, former Property Rights Ombudsman
Attendees will receive a free copy of Ground Rules: A Plain English Guide to Zoning Rules and Procedures (valued at $21.95).
