Cache County, ULUI, and APA Utah are teaming up to offer a Basic Land Use Regulations workshop as part of the APA Utah Spring Conference. This 3-hour training will provide valuable insights into foundational land use principles, zoning regulations, and best practices, all presented in an engaging, discussion-based format.

  • An overview of planning and zoning laws, procedures, and best practices tailored for planners, officials, and real estate professionals.
