February 15, 2023, Salt Lake City, UT and Scottsdale, AZ–
FFKR Architects has named three new principals, Arrin Holt, Abram Nielsen, and Jake Bodell. They join FFKR’s principals in leading the firm into its fifth decade. With these promotions, FFKR is adding landscape architects and interior designers as recognized professional disciplines eligible for ownership.

Arrin Holt, AIA, LEED AP
Arrin serves as the Director of FFKR’s Civic, Government, and Transportation Studio. Through his leadership, the studio has expanded and has earned the trust of multiple municipalities across Utah.
Abram Nielsen, PLA, AICP, ASLA, LEED AP
Abe has led the Landscape Architecture and Planning Studio since joining FFKR in 2014. Evident in his body of work, he has a passion for planning vibrant spaces.
Jake Bodell, AIA, LEED AP
Jake has been leading FFKR’s team in Scottsdale, focusing on our growth in the Hospitality Sector. He has been instrumental in growing FFKR’s presence in the Arizona market since joining the firm in 2018.
