Summary: The University of Utah Research Park (UURP) is committed to creating and maintaining a next-generation innovation community for Salt Lake City. UURP is transforming its 320 acres of auto-reliant suburban office park into an ecologically focused, mixed-use, vibrant, compact and amenity-rich walkable district. Here innovators can live, work, play, learn and collaborate on scientific advances. The Strategic Vision provides a framework for timely incremental development and infrastructure projects. Updated Design Guidelines and Protective Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&Rs) ensure the optimal long-term physical environment for UURP.
