Lindon City 700 N. Small Area Plan: The 700 N. Corridor is the last large-scale property in the City and deserved to be planned appropriately.
Category: Master Plan or Study
Award: Merit
Nominated: Michael Florence
Summary: Lindon City received a UDOT Planning Grant in 2020 to develop a small area plan to help determine the future land use plan in order to guide economic development, zoning, open space, transit connections, commercial development and housing opportunities. This corridor is significant as a gateway into Lindon City and consists of approximately 128 acres. With the UDOT grant and matching funds for the City, Lindon City hired IBI Group to help the City develop a small area plan that is both innovative but yet realistic in order to meet future city and regional needs.
