Please find some helpful information about the conference below.
- There is plenty of onsite parking.
- For those who would like to take public transit, the Lehi Frontrunner Station just a 10 minute walk away.
- Please note that lunches are provided on both days, however, breakfasts are not offered.
- There will be sessions hosted during lunch. You may choose to attend and eat in the theatre or use this time to get caught up on emails.
- There is Wi-Fi available during the conference.
- All sessions are CM-approved.
- There are a variety of mobile tours available. You may sign up for these tours at the conference. No preregistration is required.
- Two mobile tour sessions will use e-bikes provided by our sponsor LIME. Please wear appropriate clothing if you would like to participate in these tours.
- The mobile tour titled Planning for Mountain Biking Trails is BYOB. You will meet at the trailhead and will not need to return to the venue upon completing that tour.
- There is no APAUT hotel room block. We have found that the government rate is less expensive than group negotiated rates. As many of our guests qualify for government rates, we only offer a helpful list of hotels you may want to consider: Hyatt Place Lehi, Hilton Garden Inn Lehi, Tru by Hilton, Holiday Inn Express, Springhill Suites (onsite, walking distance to the Megaplex).
